If you want to visit the "Grotta del Genovese" you could choose between the boat trip (but it depends on the meteorological conditions) or the tour by off-road vehicle. Arrived at the cave, a guide will accompany you, showing you all the prehistoric paintings and engravings.

When you're just disembarked on the Levanzo's port, you can ask to an info point to find any useful information about starting the tour of the cave.

If you prefer the boat trip, you can continue your excursion around the island, stopping for a swim in one of the characteristic little bays of the islands ("Cala Tramontana", "Cala Calcara", "Cala Minnola").
